I ordered a specific box from christiecookies.com as a small gift, and when it arrived, it wasn’t the one I picked. A couple of the flavors I expected were missing, and there were some random ones in there instead. At first I thought maybe I had clicked the wrong thing or misread the description, but I checked again and it really wasn’t what I ordered.
I know mistakes happen, so part of me feels like maybe I’m overreacting, but the whole reason I ordered online was to get that exact box. I needed the right cookies, not a surprise mix. It was frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

The cookies I ordered were good, like good good, but I thought there would be more variety on the site. A few of the flavors tasted kind of similar to me, and nothing really jumped out as super different. Still, if you’re just looking for classic cookies, they’re totally fine.

I ordered these for my mom’s birthday, i was disappointed when they arrived. The box looked really plain, so it just didn’t have that sweet, special gift feeling I was hoping for. The cookies tasted fine, but the whole thing felt a little underwhelming. I wouldn’t choose these again for an important occasion.

I ordered from Christie Cookies and, to be fair, they were good. They were soft, sweet, and the flavors were enjoyable enough, so it’s not like I had a bad experience.

That said, for the price, I was kind of sitting there trying to be patient and convince myself they felt more premium than they did. Some tasted fresh, but a few had that overly processed sweetness that made me pause a bit.
Overall, they’re fine cookies, just not amazing. I might buy them again as a gift, but for myself, I don’t think I’d keep paying that much and forcing myself to wait for them to impress me.

They showed up 3 days late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. I also felt like the final price had a few little fees tucked in that weren’t super clear upfront, which always makes me suspicious. If you need these by a certain date, I’m not sure I’d risk ordering again.

I ordered these cookies thinking they’d show up in a few days, but the shipping was painfully slow. The tracking basically sat there doing nothing, and I kept having to check it myself because there wasn’t any real update.

What made it more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be an actual person to contact about it, just automated stuff and waiting around. By the time the cookies finally arrived, the reason I ordered them had pretty much passed, so I definitely wouldn’t rely on this for a gift or anything time-sensitive.

The gift box showed up messy and kind of sad-looking, so it felt really awkward to give it to someone. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste messages and didn’t really address the issue, which made it even more frustrating.

The cookies tasted decent, but I think they may have been sitting a bit too long before they arrived because they didn’t seem super fresh. Some were still soft, but a couple were kind of dry. They weren’t bad, I just expected them to be a little better...

I had a smooth experience ordering from christiecookies.com. The cookie options were easy to browse, and checkout was straightforward, which I really appreciated. One page did load a little slowly for me, and I had to look twice to confirm the shipping date, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it still felt easy and pleasant, i was excited thinking about the cookies arriving. I’d definitely order again...

My first impression wasn’t great, honestly. I reached out to Christie Cookies about an issue with my order and never really got a proper response. I emailed, waited a few days, followed up, and still didn’t get anything helpful back. It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a simple answer. The cookies may be good, but the lack of customer service kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

The cookies showed up packed really well, and I was relieved that none of them were broken. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside looked clean and neat without being over the top or ridiculous.
I’m only giving 4 stars because one corner of the outer box was a little dented, probably from shipping. It didn’t mess up the cookies at all though, so overall I’m happy with it.

I was really hoping this would be better, but it just didn’t feel worth the money at all!! Let down overall.
